These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and s988 (hereinafter referred to as "s988", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), an internationally licensed online gaming operator accessible at https://s988.app.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by s988 will result in the suspension or closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

The following obligations apply to your s988 account on a continuous basis:

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on s988:

• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. s988 does not accept deposits from third parties under any circumstances.
• Currency: All PKR-denominated balances are credited and debited in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds awarded by s988 are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be fully completed. Failure to satisfy the requirement within the stated period results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on s988 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses is considered promotional abuse.

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s988 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the s988 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any s988 content without prior written authorisation from s988.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s988, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the s988 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from gaming outcomes.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

s988's total aggregate liability to any account holder for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder to s988 in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your s988 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat on the platform. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your nominated payment method following successful KYC verification.

s988 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.

s988 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by s988's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

s988 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where the proposed changes are material, s988 will provide reasonable prior notice to account holders via email or via a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the s988 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using s988 and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
